    Platter of Greenland prawns, smothered in a rich tomato and lime mayonnaise, served with a crisp green salad and presented with corners of wholemeal bread and butter

  • Roast Norfolk Turkey - A freshly carved cut of traditional turkey breast, with a sage and onion stuffing and a traditional pan gravy sauce
    Traditional Roast Silverside of Highland Beef -
    Hand carved slices of tender beef silverside, presented in a roast pan gravy sauce and an oven-baked Yorkshire pudding.with cream of horseradish
    Salmon à la Tarragon -
    Poached fillet of Loch Lomond salmon, presented with a cream sauce flavoured with white wine and a hint of tarragon

The cost will be £24.00 per person - guests are welcome.
